WJHP-1001 염색기의 특징
본 염색기 최고사용온도 140℃ 사용할 수 있는 고압 CHEESE, LOOSE, TOP 겸용 염색기로써 특수 제작된 PUMP와 3WAY TYPE의 IN-OUT 장치로 일반적으로 널리 보급된 기종으로 특히 고온염색시 상부에 2㎏/㎠의 AIR로 투입하여 비등점을 높혀 PUMP의 공동 현상 방지로 면, 울, 레이온, 포리에스텔 복합사(T/W, T/C, T/R등) 극세사 및 특수사 염색에 우수한 기계입니다.

1) 본기종은 각종 피염물을 염색하는데 아주 적합하도록 설계된 기종으로 고속 회전시에도 원단의 손상이 전혀 없으며, 특히장력이 전혀 거리지 않고 염색이 되도록 설계되어 있어 신합섬 소재 및 WOOL, 방모, SPANTEX, KNITTED FABRIC, VELOUR, POLYESTER, NYLON 혼방 등 모든 섬유에 다목적으로 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
